Types
of Regenerations at TRICAT
We offer three types of catalyst regenerations:

Standard Regeneration
- The standard TRICAT
regeneration of a hydrotreating catalyst using the TRP.

Turnaround Regeneration
- A regeneration
performed on a turnaround basis. We have performed turnaround regenerations on
hydrotreating, hydrocracking, catalytic reforming and isomerization catalysts.

Pre-reclamation Regeneration
- A
regeneration, typically performed on a noble metal containing catalyst that will be sent
elsewhere for metals recovery.

TRP
Process Description
The TRP is the most advanced process for catalyst regeneration in
the industry. Our process includes the capability to screen the spent catalyst,
strip, regenerate, screen the regenerated catalyst and package the catalyst for return to
the refiner.
